The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As the Café Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our café runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. Duties Lead and manage café operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in hospitality, food preparation, and customer service. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to maximize profitability. Handle cash management duties, including daily cash reconciliation and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining labor cost efficiency. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and conflict resolution. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on guest experiences to enhance satisfaction. Consult with cafe team to provide monthly menu. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager in a café or similar establishment. Strong skills in training development and staff training to ensure high-quality service delivery. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards is preferred. Experience with cash handling procedures and financial management within a café setting. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests.
