Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
3-5 years+ Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Strong front-of-house leadership with elevated hospitality standards Lead, coach, and develop high-performing service teams Hands-on floor leadership with strong guest interaction skills Manage labor, scheduling, beverage controls, and operational execution Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Thrive in fast-paced, hospitality-driven environments
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
Upscale casual, polished casual, or hospitality-driven restaurant experience Strong bar, cocktail, or lounge operations exposure preferred Experience in high-volume environments ($4M+ annual revenue preferred) Stable tenure and career progression required Strong culture-building and team development mindset Energetic, polished, hospitality-first leadership style
