Last Mango Assistant General Manager

AGM role is responsible for helping to oversee direct day-to-day- front of house operations, correlating also with the back of house team to ensure smooth service and maintaining brand standards. Help recruit, train, and schedule staff to ensure proper coverage. Help with addressing guest complaints, engaging with patrons, and help navigate guest feedback to ensure proper improvements when necessary. Assist with managing inventory, food and labor cost control, order, and end-of-day financial reporting. Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations. 1 year restaurant management/supervisory experience Strong leadership/communication skills Availability to work nights/weekends/holidays/event days 2+ years of restaurant Supervisory or Management experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and labor management Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs as needed
