Restaurant General Manager

• Oversee all aspects of food production, including quality control and presentation
• Manage bartending activities and ensure compliance with beverage regulations
• Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
• Lead restaurant management efforts by developing strategies to enhance overall performance
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Supervise staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate catering events and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of food service regulations and health standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in inventory control systems and POS software
• Leadership capabilities with a focus on team building and motivation
