Responsibilities:

+ Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness + Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service + Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality + Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets + Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency + Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
