The Team Leader performs various tasks necessary to lead and direct productionactivities in a singular work cell or product line. Team Leaders may be required to perform any orall of the job duties listed below. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continual basis. It does not exclude otherduties that may be assigned.)o Oversee production activities within a specific work cell.o Assist in the set-up of production areas or startup of equipment as necessary.o Accountable for maintaining production workflow.o Follow production schedule ensuring production standards are met.o Check measurements and quality of all materials and completion of qualityrecord(s) where required.o Complete general area maintenance duties on equipment as assigned. This mayinclude help from the maintenance department when necessary.o Responsible for accurate and timely completion of paperwork, datacollection/entry, labeling/tagging, etc.o Assist with physical inventory inspection and measurements as required.o Record material usage where required.o Accountable for identification of safety hazards, and support and sustain a safework environment.o Maintain excellent housekeeping practices.o Practice proper safety techniques.o Follow all procedures and guidelines.o Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. To perform this job successfully, anindividual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or, equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
