Certified Dietary Manager

Certified Dietary Manager Fianna Hills Nursing & Rehab is currently looking for a Certified Dietary Manager. At this time, we are not actively seeking a candidate who does not have their CDM. As CDM, you will be responsible for the daily operations of foodservice department, according to facility policy and procedures and federal/ state regulations. Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that food quality, safety standards, and client expectations are satisfactorily met. Maintains records of department personnel, income and expenditures, food, supplies, inventory levels, and equipment. Food safety : Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations Food purchasing : Order food, supplies, and equipment Budget management : Develop and manage the foodservice budget Staff management : Manage work teams and provide nutrition education Quality control : Maintain quality control standards Business operations : Supervise departmental business operations Pay is based on experience. Requirements:

Pass state and federal background check, 18+, valid ID. Must be able to read and follow directions and recipes. Work well with others as a team and independently. Stand for long periods of time, lift 30 pounds, stoop and squat. MUST have reliable transportation. Positive attitude, good customer service. ). Employee only under $150 per month with $2000 deductible and low co-pays.
