Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a well-established, family-owned BBQ and Catfish restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who has successfully managed a restaurant operation—not simply worked in one. Our restaurant is open only four days per week for lunch and dinner, offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate to enjoy a balanced schedule while leading a successful operation.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing all daily restaurant operations Hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and, when necessary, terminating employees Supervising both Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Controlling labor and operating costs Building and maintaining a positive team culture Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management experience required Proven experience leading and developing restaurant teams Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with staffing, scheduling, and performance management A servant-leader mindset with a commitment to excellence We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership, develops people, and understands what it takes to operate a successful restaurant.

Compensation:
