Job Description

About the Position RidgePointe Country Club is seeking an energetic, organized, and service-driven professional to join our team as a Front of House Manager / Event Coordinator . This leadership position plays a vital role in overseeing daily front-of-house operations while managing the planning and execution of member events, tournaments, banquets, and special functions. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent hospitality skills, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Front-of-House Management Oversee all daily front-of-house operations. Lead, schedule, and supervise service staff. Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently maintained. Address member and guest concerns professionally and effectively. Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout the club. Event Planning & Coordination Manage events from initial planning through execution. Coordinate with members, guests, vendors, and club staff. Develop event timelines and oversee event logistics. Ensure all events are executed efficiently and exceed expectations. Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate menus, service flow, and event details. Bar & Beverage Management Manage liquor, beer, and wine inventory. Place beverage orders and maintain proper inventory levels. Conduct regular inventory counts and monitor beverage costs. Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. Staff Training & Development Train, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members. Establish clear service expectations and accountability. Foster a culture centered on hospitality and teamwork. Conduct ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Operational Excellence Develop and refine service procedures and event processes. Lead post-event reviews to identify successes and opportunities for improvement. Maintain organization, consistency, and efficiency across operations. Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day execution. Qualifications Previous hospitality, restaurant, country club, or event management experience preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience with beverage inventory management is preferred. Ability to multitask and manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by club events and operations. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
