Supervise and train staff members across various roles such as servers, cooks, bartenders, and cashiers; conduct performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing development. Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours while controlling labor costs. Manage POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Coordinate with catering, banquet services, or special events to expand restaurant offerings and increase revenue streams. Skills Extensive experience in food industry management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards. Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining environments. Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at cash handling and financial reconciliation. Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, food production processes, and kitchen management. Excellent team management abilities including staff training & development, interviewing prospective employees, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Deep understanding of hospitality management principles with experience in managing budgets, food safety compliance, and customer service excellence.
