A fast-growing, nationally recognized restaurant group is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to oversee daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an operations-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. What You'll Do As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant performance and operations. You'll lead by example, inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, and ensure the restaurant consistently meets operational, financial, and service goals. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture Conduct performance evaluations and build future leaders Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards Operations & Service Excellence Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Ensure the restaurant is always guest-ready Financial Performance Manage the restaurant's budget and financial objectives Control labor, food, and operational costs to meet profitability targets Oversee inventory and implement waste-reduction strategies Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth Guest Experience Create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business Implement systems to enhance hospitality and satisfaction Resolve guest feedback constructively and proactively Build strong community and vendor relationships Compliance & Reporting Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations Conduct regular audits and ensure accurate operational documentation What You Bring Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred) High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check Food safety certification (or ability to obtain) Proficiency in English (written and verbal) Skills Strong leadership and people-development abilities Financial and operational management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to guest satisfaction and team success Work Environment Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
