Assistant Restaurant Manager - Casual DInning

Role Summary:

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to assist in managing daily operations, driving sales, and leading our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support:

Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory management.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and mentor staff, including scheduling and performance management.

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high-quality service.

Financial Performance:

Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and implement strategies to increase profitability.

Compliance:

Enforce company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in POS systems

Common Duties Scheduling:

Coordinating hourly employee shifts to ensure coverage.

Inventory:

Tracking stock levels and ordering supplies.

Problem-Solving:

Resolving staff or customer issues promptly.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
