Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Front of House Manager, you will be the face of our establishment, motivating staff and ensuring smooth service flow from greeting guests to managing reservations and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure efficient service. Lead, train, and develop staff members in food handling, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols. Oversee cash handling procedures, inventory control, and food management to optimize operational efficiency. Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching to foster a motivated team environment. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all front-of-house activities. Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborate with kitchen management on food production coordination, catering events, and banquet services when necessary. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Expertise in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training & development and team management. Experience managing budgets, inventory control, and food service operations in casual dining or fine dining environments. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently during shift management in quick service & fast-food settings. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences in diverse hospitality settings including hotel or catering environments. Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
