JOB SUMMARY

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead our team, drive operational success, and ensure that every guest experience reflects our commitment to quality and service. You'll be a key player in creating a hotel environment where both guests and employees thrive.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Assistant General Manager, you'll be instrumental in achieving operational excellence. In this role, you will: Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services to housekeeping and food & beverage. Lead and motivate department heads to achieve their goals, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency. Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and expense control. Handle guest feedback, resolving issues and enhancing the overall guest experience. Assist in hiring, training, and developing a talented and engaged team. Ensure compliance with all brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
WHAT YOU BRING
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality. To excel in this role, you'll need: At least 3 years of hotel management experience, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
