What You'll Do As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations while helping create memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities include:
Leading daily front and back of house operations Coaching, developing, and motivating team members Delivering outstanding guest service and resolving issues professionally Driving sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability Managing labor, food cost, and operational efficiency Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and hospitality Assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and team development Helping manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and shift execution Opening and closing the restaurant while leading by example Building a positive, energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work What We're Looking For We're searching for leaders—not just managers.
The ideal candidate has:
At least 1 year of restaurant management experience A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills The ability to inspire teams and hold people accountable Experience in high-volume casual dining or sports bar environments preferred Knowledge of labor management, food cost, inventory, and restaurant financials Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Why Hospitality First Concepts?
