This is our brand flagship location—meaning it is the benchmark for our operations and serves as the training site where we onboard our own local team members. In this role, you will run a smooth, high-volume beverage operation and work alongside our Corporate Trainer to support incoming training programs. This role is pivotal in driving exceptional customer experiences, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. As the General Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of our highest-volume location. Your primary focus is leading your local team, maximizing sales, and ensuring perfect product quality. Additionally, you will ensure the store is always "audit-ready" to back up our Corporate Trainer during official onboarding programs
Responsibilities Lead Store Operations:
Direct daily workflows, control inventory, manage labor schedules, and ensure strict food safety compliance.
Onboard Local Staff:
Recruit, hire, and fully train all in-store team members according to standard operating procedures.
Support Corporate Training:
Keep the store in pristine, gold-standard condition to serve as the backdrop for corporate training initiatives led by the Corporate Trainer.
Drive Sales & Service:
Ensure fast, friendly service to maintain high customer satisfaction and maximize store profitability.
Manage Store Costs:
Monitor weekly food and labor costs to meet budget goals. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of management experience in a fast-casual restaurant, quick-service retail, beverage concept, or juice bar.
People Skills:
Strong ability to recruit, train, and motivate a local team of supervisors and team members.
Operational Discipline:
A sharp eye for store cleanliness, presentation, and organizational consistency.
Leadership Style:
Hands-on leader who leads by example on the floor, not just from the back office.
Schedule:
Full flexibility to work retail peak hours, including weekends and holidays. Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary operations.
