This role requires hands-on smoker proficiency and the ability to lead a high-volume kitchen with strong systems and standards. This is a long-term career opportunity with a rapidly growing hospitality group. We want someone driven, reliable, and ready to grow with us. Required Experience Proven BBQ experience (smokers, temps, trimming, seasoning, timing) Ability to run a service/café line efficiently Prep management and kitchen organization Inventory control and food ordering Staff training and BOH leadership Food safety and cleanliness standards Experience managing kitchen flow in a busy environment BBQ experience is a must for this role. Position Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations and execution Manage the smoker program and meat quality Maintain prep systems, par levels, and line readiness Train and develop BOH staff Execute consistent food quality and presentation Manage waste, food cost, and vendor ordering Maintain sanitation and food safety compliance Lead by example and uphold standards Who We're Looking For Strong BBQ background with hands-on pit skills Organized, detail-oriented kitchen leader Calm under pressure with high operational standards Career-driven and committed to growth Able to build culture and earn respect on the line What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Long-term advancement opportunities
