Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Assistant Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, support staff training and development, ensure food safety and quality standards, and maintain a vibrant, customer-focused environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and uphold the highest hospitality standards, making every guest's visit memorable. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your management skills within a lively, fast-paced food service setting. Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high food quality standards Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and brand regulations Manage inventory control to minimize waste and optimize stock levels for smooth service flow Operate POS systems Aloha POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Train new team members on food handling, service techniques, all Andy's Standards, and safety protocols Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet operational goals Foster a positive team environment through effective interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing development Non-Negotiable Requirements 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food environments
  • with references Strong knowledge of food preparation and food safety regulations Hands-on experience with POS systems (Aloha) and cash handling expertise required Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control and oversee food production processes Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising diverse teams Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective customer service, staff coordination, and problem resolution This job requires a lot of cleaning•you're expected to lead by example Must work weekends, including Sundays At times, must work until 1am or later Ability to work typical shifts of 8-10 hours•this is no office job .
It's a hands-on, physically demanding position. You'll be on your feet all day. Bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching overhead, and repetitive arm and wrist motions are all required.
MUST MEET DRESS CODE
  • No facial hair (not even a 5 o'clock shadow), no facial jewelry at all (pierced earrings are fine, but must be small studs
  • no hoops, nothing dangling), no tattoos on face, neck or hands, and no visible tattoos anywhere. Yes, it's a strict dress code
  • and yes, it IS non-negotiable.
