Job Description
Collins Irish Pub is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Restaurant & Service Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting and developing a strong team. Position Overview Full-time management position 45-50 hours per week Competitive salary based on experience Benefits package available Paid vacation Must be available to work days, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Lead daily front-of-house operations and service execution Coach, motivate, and support service staff Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management Work closely with ownership and management to achieve business goals Monitor labor, sales, and operational performance Qualifications 2-3 years of restaurant management or high-volume service experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality operations Flexible schedule and reliable attendance Why Join Collins Irish Pub?
