5 through 9 that blends play, movement, and life skills in a high-energy, family-first environment. We provide ongoing on-the-job training so great people become great leaders and coaches. The Role We're seeking a General Manager (GM) to independently drive sales, growth, and operations of our Glendale location. GM will lead presale efforts, build a core membership base and once open, foster a culture of learning and development for both the coaches (as the club's Head Coach) and the families that attend the program. The GM is an outgoing, goal oriented, welcoming, and engaging leader who is focused on defining goals, training and developing their team, and delivering exceptional experiences for members, families, and staff. As the Head Coach, GM will set the bar for coaching quality, effectively deliver the corporate defined curriculum, and mentor every coach on staff. The role requires someone who is interested in center operations, driving sales and being a leader in staff development, curriculum delivery, and customer service. Applicants should have a passion for working with children, prior management experience, experience in membership based sales, and an outgoing personality to engage with families and create an exciting culture. This full-time role requires flexibility (including evenings and weekends). The General Manager will supervise all staff and work closely with the Owner and the Franchisor. Key Responsibilities Drive Sales, Growth & Business Performance Lead presale efforts with high degree of ownership to ensure club opens with significantly higher members than the minimum required threshold Analyze conversion rates, attendance, retention, and revenues to optimize performance and improve results; celebrate wins, fix bottlenecks fast. Develop and implement business to business relationships and local marketing and partnership initiatives to increase brand awareness within the community (schools, youth orgs, small businesses, and more) Build and maintain a family oriented atmosphere in the facility for all Lead, Coach, & Develop the KidsUnited Team Coach between 5-8 classes per week, and set the standard for energy, safety, and instruction Recruit, train, schedule and coach a team of highly motivated and energized staff

All staff and families should see you as a leader who fosters the KidsUnited culture in everything they do. Ensure every class is held to the highest standard and coaches and staff perform above and beyond expectations. Address parent concerns, manage feedback, and continuously improve the customer journey. Ensure the facility is spotless, safe, guest-ready at all times, and operating at the highest standard. Run Best-in-class Operational Excellence & Execution Perform and oversee daily tasks to ensure club efficiency and growth Build and manage weekly staff schedules, oversee payroll/timekeeping Compliance with all KidsUnited processes and standards every day. Experience and Skills Must-haves Soccer background: Any personal or professional experience with soccer is a plus. Sales, membership & business development acumen with a service mindset: You know how to sell, you love meeting/exceeding goals, and drive revenue growth.

Nice-to-haves Coaching or early childhood education: Experience working with kids in a coaching or teaching setting is highly valued, especially with ages 1.5 to 9. Youth coaching certifications, CPR/First Aid, or ECE coursework. Pay & Perks Competitive base + performance bonus tied to membership growth, retention, and NPS. Base $55k
- 65k + uncapped bonus. Realistic OTE $80k
- 95k+ (top performers can exceed $130k).
