The Role As a General Manager, you own the overall success of your store — its sales, profitability, team, and guest experience. You'll build and develop a high-performing team, manage the business end to end, and serve as the bridge between your store and the corporate team. What You'll Do Own your store's overall performance — sales, profitability, team, and guest experience. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team and staff. Manage store financials (P&L), labor, and operations to meet targets. Serve as the link between your store and the corporate team. Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cleanliness. What We're Looking For 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience. High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Experience leading high-volume operations and supervising 10+ team members. Strong business acumen — P&L, labor, and scheduling — plus proven leadership. Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends. The performance bonus is offered as potential or target earnings, not guaranteed pay. It is performance-based and varies by store results, team size, and eligibility.
