We're looking for a Restaurant General Manager who brings energy, leadership, and a people-first mindset to lead one of our restaurants. You'll lead your team, drive results, and create an exceptional experience for both guests and employees. Lead by example—model warmth, professionalism, and operational excellence Deliver outstanding guest experiences every day Drive restaurant performance (sales, service times, accuracy, and overall store health) Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and operational procedures What You Bring Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience At least 2 years managing operations, financials, and control systems Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and developing teams Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) Must be 21 years of age or older This Role Is Perfect for
