Food & Beverage Manager London Bridge Resort - Lake Havasu City, Arizona London Bridge Resort is seeking an energetic, experienced, and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations while driving sales initiatives and creating an engaging team culture. This leadership position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, is passionate about guest service, and can inspire a team to deliver exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and banquet food & beverage operations Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house team members Drive sales growth through promotions, events, upselling, and guest engagement Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and operational excellence Manage scheduling, labor controls, inventory, and cost management Assist in developing marketing and revenue-generating initiatives Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture Train and mentor staff to maintain consistency and service standards Work collaboratively with resort leadership and other departments Qualifications Previous food & beverage management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing restaurant and bar operations Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance Knowledge of labor management, inventory controls, and guest service standards Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Hospitality or resort experience preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for a hands-on leader who: Leads by example Brings energy and creativity to the operation Understands hospitality and guest engagement Can build strong relationships with both guests and team members Takes pride in creating memorable dining and bar experiences About London Bridge Resort Located in the heart of Lake Havasu City, London Bridge Resort is a premier waterfront destination offering exceptional hospitality, dining, entertainment, golf, and event experiences.
