Position Summary As a Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop your team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be actively involved in all aspects of the business, from coaching team members and managing performance to driving sales and operational results. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20-40+ employees Build and maintain a strong, engaged, and high-performing team Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and hospitality Manage daily operations including scheduling, food safety, inventory, and labor controls Drive sales growth while managing costs and profitability Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing employee development Lead by example and provide hands-on support during peak business periods Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience required QSR, fast-casual, or full-service restaurant experience preferred Proven leadership and team development skills Experience managing labor, inventory, food costs, and P&L performance Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Stable work history Positive attitude and strong work ethic Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Seven paid holidays annually Leadership development and advancement opportunities Positive, team-first company culture Growing organization with opportunities for career progression No late nights — restaurants close at 9:00 PM Why Join Us?
