Job Description
Tonto Apache Pub is seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive the success of the restaurant by managing staff, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth service flow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape memorable dining experiences while supporting a collaborative and fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to deliver outstanding food service and customer satisfaction Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations Manage daily shift operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring efficient workflow during peak hours Handle POS systems such as Toast and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Maintain food safety standards by implementing proper sanitation practices and monitoring kitchen operations Control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize food costs while ensuring availability of ingredients for menu items Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant, casual dining, or fine dining environment with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and sales reporting Background in food safety regulations, inventory control, and food industry best practices Exceptional leadership skills with experience in staff training, development, and team management Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel food service is advantageous Join us as a Restaurant Manager to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
