Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate FOH Manager to join a well-established, concept in North West Peoria. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in fast paced, hospitality-driven environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. About the Role As FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, leading service standards, and ensuring that every guest receives an elevated, memorable experience. You will work closely with the management team to maintain operational excellence, team development, and brand consistency. In this role, you'll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives top-notch service and has an unforgettable experience. Your leadership will keep the front-of-house operations running smoothly, from managing staff to overseeing customer interactions. Responsibilities Supervise daily front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, seating arrangements, and ensuring timely service. Train and develop staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold restaurant standards. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and customer inquiries with a friendly and professional approach. Oversee cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and daily financial reconciliations. Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies such as menus, linens, and utensils. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met across all service areas. Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house during service. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within food service environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Tabit POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Background in food preparation, cooking, or culinary experience is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management, training & development, and staff supervision. Familiarity with food safety regulations and hospitality standards across casual dining or fine dining settings. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
