Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager
  • Restaurant to lead our vibrant dining establishment.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient management of staff, and seamless food service delivery. Your leadership will drive the restaurant's success by fostering a positive team environment, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and implementing innovative strategies to boost operational performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Duties Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service. Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team. Oversee inventory control, food management, and cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy and integrity. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes through regular inspections and staff training. Coordinate shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to uphold excellent customer service standards. Oversee catering events, banquet services, or bar operations as needed to diversify revenue streams. Implement policies for food handling, kitchen safety, and hospitality best practices to ensure a safe working environment. Monitor financial performance by budgeting effectively and analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food industry operations. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary experience within casual dining or fine dining settings. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling is essential. Demonstrated success in supervising teams, conducting interviews, training staff, and leading operational improvements. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; experience in managing kitchen operations is highly desirable. Background in hospitality management with experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing food safety protocols. Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus; familiarity with bar operations or coffee shop environments can be beneficial.
