Championship Jay Morrish-designed golf course Strong sense of community and lifestyle programming High-quality food & beverage and clubhouse experiences Commitment to authentic, Western-inspired hospitality Golf Operations Food & Beverage Agronomy (in partnership with Superintendent) Membership & Marketing Finance & Administration Facilities & Amenities Build and lead a high-performing leadership team Establish a culture of accountability, service excellence, and collaboration Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across all departments Lead with presence and visibility, engaging members and associates daily Champion a best-in-class member experience Maintain strong, authentic relationships with members Respond proactively to feedback and continuously improve service delivery Ensure consistency across all touchpoints including golf, dining, events, and amenities Develop and execute the annual operating and capital budgets Drive performance toward NOI targets and long-term financial health Monitor key metrics including labor cost management, F&B cost of sales, and membership growth and retention Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors Provide clear, concise, and strategic communication Support Board committees and governance best practices Align operational execution with the Club's strategic plan Ensure seamless execution across all departments Maintain high standards in golf operations and course conditions, dining quality and service, and facilities maintenance and aesthetics Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies Partner on membership sales strategy and positioning Support marketing and communications efforts Enhance programming and events to drive engagement and usage Strengthen the Club's brand within the Prescott market Collaborate on long-term capital planning Oversee execution of approved capital projects Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with member expectations Minimum of 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in private club, resort, or hospitality management Proven success as a General Manager or senior department leader Strong financial acumen and operational expertise Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive culture Experience in residential golf communities Familiarity with Troon systems and platform preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field Presence & Visibility — leads from the floor, not just the office Emotional Intelligence — builds trust with members, Board, and team Strategic Thinking — balances today's operations with long-term vision Communication Excellence — clear, confident, and transparent Financial Discipline — understands the business behind the experience Culture Builder — creates an environment where people thrive Member satisfaction including NPS and feedback trends Financial performance including NOI and budget adherence Associate engagement and retention Membership growth and utilization Execution of strategic and capital initiatives A strong and engaged membership base A beautiful natural setting in Prescott, Arizona A culture rooted in community and lifestyle The support and resources of the Troon platform Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
