Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house area, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support team members to ensure smooth service delivery Oversee food preparation and presentation standards in collaboration with kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies to optimize stock management and minimize waste Train new staff members on food handling, customer service protocols, safety procedures, and restaurant policies Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to foster a positive dining experience Oversee shift management by scheduling staff efficiently and ensuring operational readiness at all times Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities Extensive background in food service management including food preparation, food safety standards, and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting Strong leadership skills demonstrated through staff training, development, and team building activities Experience in hospitality management within casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Knowledge of inventory control practices along with budgeting and cost control expertise Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence. $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
