We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including operations, team leadership, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build a strong team culture while maintaining high standards across the board. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations, both front and back of house Lead, hire, train, and develop management and staff teams Drive sales, profitability, and cost control through effective management practices Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and labor efficiency Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest experience Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies Analyze financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics to guide decision-making Resolve guest concerns and foster strong community relationships Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications Strong leadership and team development skills Proven ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations Solid understanding of financials, including budgeting and cost control Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Starting salary of $55,000 per year (DOE) Full-time position Medical benefits Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment
