CompensationUp to 62K a yearMonthly profit sharing: Based on achieving food & labor cost targetsManager RoleThe Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading the team, and ensuring strong financial performance while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.
Core ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily front & back-of-house operationsHire, train, and develop staff and 2 shift leadersCreate weekly schedules, manage payroll, and labor targetsDeliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concernsMonitor food quality, speed, and consistencyManage inventory, vendor relationships, and ordering systemsMaintain health, safety, and cleanliness standardsTrack budgets, control costs, and drive profitabilityCommunicate weekly with bookkeeping and review financial reportsDevelop and implement an approved operating planEstablish pars, inventory systems, and organization standardsLead by example step into all roles when needed
