In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of food quality. Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
