In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of food quality. Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service best practices. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving operational efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in accordance with company standards. Experience Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
