Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee staff training and development to enhance team performance and customer service. Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and manage food costs. Coordinate catering services and special events, ensuring seamless execution. Monitor food handling practices to maintain quality and safety standards. Lead shift management activities, including scheduling staff and managing labor costs. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a quick service fast food restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food management principles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable. Ability to manage inventory control efficiently. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
