In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced, vibrant setting. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning. Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team skills in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures. Oversee inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Supervise kitchen activities, including cooking, food production, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Maintain high standards of hospitality by delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly. Coordinate shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet business demands while fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Knowledge of FOH and BOH operations Basic understanding of labor and food cost control Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with a strong background in supervising teams within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cash handling and financial reconciliation is essential. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance. Previous experience in fine dining or hotel settings is a plus; familiarity with catering, banquet service, or bar operations is advantageous. Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and development to build motivated teams. Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
