In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold high standards of service, and inspire staff to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and management skills in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment that adheres to safety standards and promotes teamwork. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing daily orders, monitoring pricing changes, managing invoices, and facilitate monthly inventory. Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff, assigning duties, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Oversee the implementation of food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or full-service restaurants. Strong background in restaurant management with supervisory experience in hospitality or food service industries. Knowledge of inventory control techniques and food safety regulations to ensure compliance and quality assurance. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and team management. Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
