Job Description

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a dynamic General Manager 3 to lead retail food operations at Kaiser Permanente in Antioch, CA. This role is designed for a strong culinarian and proven operator who can elevate food quality, retail execution, and team performance in a fast‑paced healthcare environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin "Magic" Johnson and Sodexo. This strategic alliance enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve. For almost 20 years, we have provided top-level food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges, universities and aviation lounges. What You'll Do Lead all retail food operations , ensuring outstanding culinary quality, service, and presentation Drive financial performance with full P&L responsibility , including revenue growth and cost management Develop, coach, and engage management and frontline teams to build a high‑performing culture Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and healthcare regulatory standards while partnering with client leadership What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
