We're looking for a passionate and organized Café Manager to lead our team, support daily operations, and help grow our brand. What You'll Do Create and manage weekly staff schedules Train, mentor, and support baristas Oversee daily café operations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Manage inventory, place vendor orders, and track stock levels Handle cash reconciliation and daily sales reports Prepare espresso drinks, boba, blended beverages, and specialty items Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance Deliver warm, friendly customer service and resolve guest concerns

What We're Looking For Required:

1+ year barista experience (coffee shop, boba café, or specialty beverage setting) Strong espresso and milk‑steaming skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Full-time availability including weekends/holidays

Preferred:
