• Street Side Atascadero Street Side Atascadero is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and oversee both front and back of house teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations and team leadership Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance development Maintain labor, food cost, and operational goals Order and manage liquor, beer, wine, and restaurant inventory Balance cash drawers and complete daily sales reporting Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards Maintain compliance with health, safety, labor, and alcohol service regulations Lead by example and foster a positive, accountable team culture Support training initiatives and ongoing employee development Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience required Full-service restaurant experience required Full bar operational experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume environment Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Proficiency with restaurant POS and scheduling systems preferred Required Certifications California Food Manager Certification ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Benefits Participation in profit share bonus Competitive salary based on experience Paid vacation Health, dental, and vision insurance Employee discounts at all current and future locations Career growth and advancement opportunities within our expanding restaurant group Who We're Looking For We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership of results, develops their team, and maintains high standards in every aspect of the operation.
