Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage relationships with distributors and resolve issues with vendors promptly Follow the budget established by the restaurant management Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food Maintain the schedule for kitchen staff Monitor food and labor costs
Kitchen Manager:
Our busy restaurant is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Kitchen Manager who is passionate about culinary arts. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for assigning work in the kitchen, interviewing and training staff, and kitchen inventory management.

From $21.00 per hour
