This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing food and retail concept that combines traditional Korean cuisine with a modern market experience. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a strong and efficient team. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations Manage and train staff, including scheduling Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency Handle inventory and coordinate with kitchen team Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations Qualifications Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a leadership role Strong communication and leadership skills Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
