Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and polished Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering impeccable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee all front-of-house operations during service, ensuring seamless execution Lead, train, and motivate service staff to uphold high standards of hospitality Maintain an exceptional guest experience, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly Coordinate closely with the sushi chefs and kitchen team to ensure synchronized service Manage reservations, seating flow, and VIP guest relations Enforce service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations Assist with scheduling, payroll, and staff performance evaluations Uphold the restaurant's brand, ambiance, and attention to detail Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi service preferred Exceptional communication and leadership skills Professional demeanor with a strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Experience with reservation systems and POS platforms Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ($75,000
