We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to lead the Front of House team in a vibrant restaurant environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service delivery in a quick service or casual dining setting Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff to uphold excellent customer service standards and food handling procedures Manage shift schedules, coordinate staff assignments, and supervise team performance to optimize workflow Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Support food preparation activities when necessary, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry, including casual dining or quick service environments Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training, development, and performance management Familiarity with food safety protocols, inventory control, and kitchen management practices Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is highly desirable Join us as we deliver outstanding hospitality experiences!
