WAKE AND LATE
is seeking future restaurant leaders to join our General Manager in Training program. Candidates should expect to spend 6-12 months learning and operating in multiple positions throughout the business before assuming a permanent leadership assignment. This role is designed for ambitious operators who want to grow into General Manager, Area Manager, and New Store Opening leadership positions as the company continues to expand. This is a hands-on training role. Before leading a team, you'll be expected to learn every aspect of the operation and work alongside the people you'll eventually be responsible for managing.
Training may include:
Food preparation and production Line execution Packaging and quality control Inventory and ordering Scheduling and labor management Hiring and training Guest experience and hospitality Financial and operational performance The ideal candidate is willing to jump into any position when needed, leads by example, and understands that great leaders earn credibility through action.
