- Full-time Tutti Mangia Italian Chophouse is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our award-winning restaurant.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, driving exceptional guest experiences, developing and managing staff, maintaining financial performance, and ensuring the highest standards of food, service, and hospitality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for fine dining, team development, and operational excellence. ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest Experience Oversee all daily restaurant operations. Ensure exceptional guest service and a memorable dining experience. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality. Respond professionally and effectively to guest feedback, concerns, and special requests. Lead by example and maintain a visible presence on the restaurant floor. Team Leadership Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain top talent. Develop, train, coach, and mentor management and hourly team members. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback. Create and maintain staff schedules while ensuring proper labor management. Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Financial & Administrative Management Manage budgets, labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses. Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering of food, beverage, and restaurant supplies. Forecast business needs and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Control costs, reduce waste, and ensure operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Fine Dining Restaurant Management experience required. Proven leadership experience managing restaurant operations. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and upscale hospitality standards. Demonstrated success in staff development, guest relations, and financial management. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
