This is not a desk-management position — the ideal candidate must lead from the floor, work side-by-side with the team, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Complete open availability is required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as business demands require. Evening and weekend availability is absolutely essential for this role. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience managing full-service dining and bar operations while maintaining exceptional guest service, team accountability, food quality, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant and bar operations with a strong floor presence Lead by example in all areas of guest service, cleanliness, urgency, and professionalism Actively support Front-of-House, Bar, and Back-of-House operations during peak service periods Hire, train, coach, develop, and hold staff accountable to company standards Ensure consistent execution of food quality, beverage standards, sanitation, and safety procedures Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost controls Monitor sales, financial reporting, and operational performance metrics Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly Maintain compliance with all health department, ABC, and company regulations Work closely with kitchen and bar leadership to improve operations and guest experience Help drive sales, team morale, hospitality culture, and overall restaurant performance Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume casual dining restaurant with full bar service Strong leadership and team development skills Proven ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment Extensive knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, labor management, and cost controls Experience with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and reporting tools Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service abilities Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure Must have complete open availability, especially nights, weekends, and holidays Must be dependable, highly accountable, and willing to work alongside the team at all times What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity for growth within a recognized hospitality brand Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Ability to make a direct impact on restaurant operations and guest experience If you are a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a hands-on management role and understands the demands of high-volume restaurant operations, we encourage you to apply.
