Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bakery operations to ensure product quality and efficiency. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Implement health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist in the preparation and decoration of cakes, ensuring consistency and quality. Monitor sales performance and contribute to marketing strategies to drive business growth. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a positive work atmosphere that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

Previous experience in bakery management or a similar role is preferred. Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and customer service. Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic financial acumen and experience with inventory management. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid food handler's permit.
