Job Description
Job Details Tiny's is a new fast-casual restaurant by Chef Sang Yoon, located in the iconic South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA. Built around the food people crave most—great burgers, thoughtful snacks, cold milkshakes, and carefully made grab-and-go items—Tiny's delivers Americana through a subtle, modern lens. Familiar but refined, comforting yet precise. Our focus isn't to complicate simple food, but to execute it exceptionally well with quality ingredients, intentional technique, clean flavors, and consistent results. We're creating a space that feels energetic, organized, and genuinely enjoyable for both guests and team members. JOB SUMMARY
The culinary leadership team represents the restaurant with the highest levels of culinary skills, professionalism, sanitation, and food safety. Our culinary team must interact with team members in a professional and collaborative manner.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Creates and maintains station checklists and prep sheets Conducts monthly inventory Develops and manages staff schedules in alignment with established labor budgets Oversees ordering of consumables, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and smallwares in accordance with approved budget parameters Expedites as needed to ensure a seamless service Ensures high food quality through temperature taking, tasting, plate pulls, and auditing Ensures a clean, neat, and organized work station, kitchen, and prep area Practices proper receiving, stocking, storage, and rotating procedures Practices safe food handling procedures such as labeling and dating Assists in producing Family Meal Safely trains how to clean and operate equipment Plans regular deep cleanings of the kitchen and walk-inREQUIREMENTS
California Food Handler Card- Manager Must be punctual and reliable Must have minimum 3 days consistent availabilityWORK ENVIRONMENT
Involves standing and walking the entire shift Involves reaching, bending, and stooping frequently Involves lifting, moving, and carrying at least 50 pounds with frequency throughout shiftLANGUAGE
Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is a plus but not requiredPAY RATE
