Job Description
We are currently seeking General Manager Candidates to take the lead of our founding location in Costa Mesa. The General Manager is responsible for effective leadership, driving sales, providing the highest level of hospitality, motivating and developing managers and staff and leading the employee and guest experience. The GM is expected to lead by example and empower our managers and hourly staff to provide the best possible culinary, beverage and service experience to each of our guests. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience in upscale or casual elegant settings, with at least 1 year of experience in an Assistant General Manager or General Manager role. Working knowledge of culinary and beverage concepts. Experience with Mexican cuisine and craft cocktails is a plus. Consistency with completion of tasks. Bar Lead or Bar Management experience. Motivate and Develop Staff and Managers. Proficiency with editing and utilizing word processing documents and spreadsheets. Strong financial acumen with demonstrable ability to analyze cost and sales reports and financial statements. An even temperament with a strong focus on collaboration and accountability.
