We are seeking an experienced Multi-Outlet General Manager to lead the food and beverage operations of an independently owned luxury boutique hotel in beautiful Jackson, Wyoming. This is not a large corporate environment. It's a highly curated property where genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and memorable guest experiences drive everything we do. As the leader of three distinct dining experiences—an upscale-casual restaurant, a premier rooftop restaurant and lounge, and an elevated In-Room Dining program—you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact every day. We're looking for a true hospitality professional who loves being on the floor, developing teams, connecting with guests, and setting the standard for service excellence. What You'll Do Lead all front-of-house operations across multiple outlets Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team Maintain an active, visible presence on the floor during service Create exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail Drive financial performance through labor management, cost controls, and operational efficiencies Oversee budgets, P&L performance, inventory controls, and profitability initiatives Partner with ownership and hotel leadership to continuously elevate the guest experience What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Food & Beverage Director, or senior restaurant leader overseeing multiple outlets Luxury hotel, boutique resort, or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred A hands-on, floor-focused leadership style Strong understanding of hospitality financials, including labor, inventory, prime costs, and P&L management Exceptional guest service instincts and team-building abilities Someone seeking a long-term opportunity to grow, lead, and build something special Why This Opportunity Stands Out This is a chance to join one of Jackson most distinctive hospitality properties and play a key leadership role in its continued success.
