In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team development. Your leadership will drive the success of our vibrant dining environment, fostering a positive atmosphere that delights guests and motivates staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive experience in food service management, a strong background in culinary operations, and a knack for inspiring teams to deliver memorable dining experiences. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling procedures to maintain consistency and compliance with health regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and inventory management. Control inventory levels through effective stock monitoring, ordering, and waste reduction strategies to maximize profitability. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and end-of-shift reconciliation. Implement food safety standards and ensure all team members adhere to sanitation protocols and food safety regulations. Manage budgeting, cost control measures, and financial reporting to meet operational goals. Supervise kitchen operations, including food production, catering services, bar management, and banquet functions when applicable. Conduct staff training sessions focused on customer service excellence, culinary skills, safety procedures, and operational policies. Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven management experience within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and inventory control. Strong background in food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or food service settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally. Experience in staff training & development along with interviewing potential team members. Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Competence in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to restaurant management. Culinary experience complemented by a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences across diverse cuisines including casual dining or banquet settings.
